RIGHT OR WRONG, BUSH MADE AN IMPACT
That's it. Last straw. Tired of Bushbashing, nuanced righties. I remember Truman quite well. He was derided by the elites everywhere. He was stupid, an inelegant speaker, not nuanced, terrible approval ratings and so on. Years later he's considered a "near-great" president by historians--top ten anyway--for thngs like some Doctrine or other, and sucessfully ending a war or was tht 2 wars and rebuilding Europe into democracies...you get the idea.
Your entitled to your reality and I'm allowed to delete you from my Favorites.

That's not a legit poll--it's ABC propaganda. As for Bush, he got the two most important things right--terrorism and Supreme Court appointments-- things even the sainted Reagan got wrong.

I think your reaction to the use of "boy" was way over-the-top. Yes, it was wrong to use it, but more because the user is a Congressman and not because it was really hurtful. So, in response to your overreaction, the Comments are somewhat over-the-top the other way. I also don't think it will be a distraction from BHO's stupid comments. After all, John M did not say "boy". BTW, your description of the Congressman using regional stereotyping was offensive and beneath someone who is so PC.
